P.P. Jewellers by Pawan Gupta is committed to ensuring full customer satisfaction with respect to the products available on our website, as well as providing reliable security measures and efficient customer assistance. However, if you are not happy with the product, you can choose to return the order.
7- days Return Policy for Domestic orders only : If, by any chance, the delivered order is in a damaged condition or does not meet your expectations, you may return the product unused, in its original packaging, along with the invoice, and receive a refund. Our courier partner will collect the order from the provided address and return it to us.
Please note, products for returns shall only be accepted if unworn, and in its original packaging with the boxes. Return process will only be initiated if the Quality Control team at P.P. Jewellers by Pawan Gupta team deems it fit. Each return will be judged on the following parameters:
- The product should not have been broken altered, mishandled, heated, treated chemically, or otherwise not found in good/ tradable condition.
- Gross; net weight of the product
- Check for wear and tear & damage to the product
- product is unused, in its original packaging, with all original tags and invoice.
Once the above conditions are met , the company will initiate the refund process
Refund
The amount will be directly refunded to your bank account. The refunded amount will be processed within 7-15 working days after we receive the returned product(s) at our warehouse.
Return Charges
Our courier partner will collect the product from the provided address at no additional shipping cost to the customer.
